Born and raised in an entrepreneurial family with a family business, in which I am the 5th generation, 'talking shop' was a common subject at the kitchen table since I was a little girl, sparking my passion for business early on. Armed with a Bachelor's in Marketing, Sales, and Communication and a Master's in Consumer Marketing from the UK, my journey led through roles at Coca-Cola and Samsung, fostering a keen interest in our family business. A pivotal opportunity arose alongside my brother, leading us to join the family business and after a few years taking over management roles from our father, with me focusing on the commercial and HR aspects while my brother handled operations. Yet, despite the rewarding experience, I have chosen a different path a few years ago. Now, working as a business coach and trainer, my role involves guiding entrepreneurs through their challenges, actively nurturing both their personal and business development.
