Clara Sasse, born in 1993 in Munich, Germany, has been in charge for the Sales & Marketing as a member of the Executive Board in the 2nd Generation of the Dr. Sasse Group since January 2022.

After completing her master's degree in organizational psychology at City University London, she gained valuable experience in project management, digitalization, and change management at a renowned international consulting firm. From October 2018, she served as a strategic assistant to the CEO of EMEIA.

In July 2020, Clara began her role in the family business. After transitioning to the Sales & Marketing board area in 2022, Clara Sasse successfully completed her MBA in Family Entrepreneurship at Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen.

As a member of the Family Business Next Gen Committee, Clara actively participates in the organization and implementation of networking meetings and workshops for family businesses.
